The Toronto African Film & Music Festival is seeking a CFO for the 2016 season. If you have a background in financing of the arts in both private and public, we want to hear from you.
Duties would include securing funding from both private and public funds, establishing new business for the festival, possible expansion over 5 year term, work with the Executive Director and the Creative Director to establish a workable business plan to achieve short and long term goals to the future success of the Toronto African Film & Music Festival.

Pan is an instrument, an ensemble and music. It was created in Trinidad during the 1940's when urban street gangs turned oil drums into tonal instruments, and orchestras. PAN! is a human adventure, showing from its genesis through re-enactment stories to its propagation all around the world.

Treacherous Heart is an inspirational love story about a young Canadian woman of African descent struggling with love, conflict and forgiveness as she faces an arranged marriage. The story sheds light on her struggles to bridge her two worlds and find love on her own terms. Treacherous Heart also highlights the issue of culture clash between immigrant parents and their first-generation Canadian children.
